Are any of you willing to PM or to b/c to help me prepare for my tour? I'm specifically looking for info on how to avoid your local bad guys (do you have a private list?), other places which would be worth it to post my announcement, and perhaps even a security buddy while I am in town.
I do offer all of the above to ANY reputable lady visiting my hometown of Seattle.
Also - if any lady is interested in lunch or a social drink, my treat! Thank you.
Although there are a few great local guys most of our clients are tourist , convention guys/business men who are not Vegas based .
That is why it may seem a bit hard to tour Vegas. No matter how much you advertise if a guy coming to town didn't get to see your add , he won't find you . Lets say you put up an add a week before you came, but the out of town guy was looking to book 2 weeks before he came .....he never saw your add .
Vegas is very different from most other cities. You can't expect to be booked back to back . If you take Vegas as a working vacation , you'll have fun and make some money .
You don't need a security guy. Just screen well and don't get desperate cause that will make you make the wrong decision .
I do advertise well in advance, only see one... *maybe* two when touring friends on any given day... and do travel as a working vacation, intending to have fun! Of course I screen. As a planning-ahead detail oriented x-accountant, desperation does not enter into my life. : )
A touring provider says she never gets desperate . She comes to Vegas and has one appointment booked per day . The appointments were well booked in advance . After she gets here , The first client flakes , another calls to cancel . Now she starts to feel - Yikes . I am paying for hotel , airfair , dining out all these extra expenses and I am not making money ...........she has a moment of desperation and she ends up getting busted .
I am not saying that you are like that . I am just saying it can happen to the best of us.
I don't ever vacation-tour unless I can pay for the trip, make not a cent, and still have fun... of course, it has yet to work out that way, as I only visit places that I've specifically been invited by at least one gent. Planning ahead pays off for me.
It is a good warning as Vegas is NOT a cheap place to visit and play! Any traveling lady should have her "nut" covered before hoping on a plane. : )
