Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated!

What do you guys tip on average?
It obviously depends on each encounter, but on average what would you say you tip each provider?

I tip between 0 and 15%

I tip between 20 and 25% - most often with gift cards

While certainly not required or expected I can share what I have seen as an average. For a 1 hour date $50 for a multi hour date $100. Some gentlemen include it as a gift card with the donation. That makes me think that he is so naturally sweet and a true gentleman. But, I must admit, I get particularly excited when there is the correct amount in the envelope and then at the end of the date he was so blown away he goes to the safe and pulls out a tip. It really makes me feel like he is saying that i have gone way above what he was expecting.    

If the lady is with an agency and gets a cut I am OK with tipping but if Indy and sets her own rate I think its fair to pay the asking price.

And you are certainly correct! We set our price and are very happy to receive exactly that. Tipping is not required or expected with independents.  
 

I show up on time, not early or late, with the correct donation amount, freshly showered, treat providers with respect and leave on time.  No tip, but once in awhile a gift.

Yes, you are correct as an independent we make our own rates.
Yes, you are correct that as an agency girl the agency takes a cut...

Here is where other things factor in.

As an independent, we pay for all advertising and it takes us a decent amount of time to reply to you guys. A decent amount of requests that we get are dead ends. We are always responsible for our transportation. We are always responsible for our supplies. If we choose to have an incall, we are responsible for that.

I am not saying either one is better or worse... But an agency girl giving a cut to the agency is kinda what it takes for covering the expenses of an indy.  

I just prefer being an indy so I can have a little bit more freedom in who I see and when I can take a vacation or go home to see my family..

I think its definitely sweet and appreciated but not necessary! My Favorite tips though are Gifts. I love receiving gift cards, flowers and lingerie!

That was more or less my point..  

I don't think some people understand the point of tipping.. You do because you are a tipper and you like to show gratitude or you don't because you're just a non tipper type of person or you are a tipper, but didn't appreciate the service..

It's like with servers.. Some states have tip credit and some don't. Some servers make $3 an hour on the clock other states its minimum wage. I don't ask the server what the restaurant pays them,  I just tip them accordingly. :
