Just recently I had a session with a K-girl that blew my mind.  Now I'll admit there was a language barrier, but if you read my review, you'll see that it didn't get in the way of both of us having a great time.  Service was unparalleled and would put most non-Asian providers to shame.  A while later I got a PM from one such non-Asian provider I known.  She wanted to know why I would have assigned a 10 to that particular performance.  I explained, although I do believe my review spells it out in detail.  What followed was an extended PM exchange in which she questioned how I could possibly assign a 10 to a provider when there was clearly no chance of establishing a "connection" or "communicating".  If you read the review you'll see there was a connection - perhaps not on the level of a sophisticated verbal dialog.  I left feeling like I'd been treated like a king, cared for on many different levels.  Would be interested to get some other opinions on this to, as I found the critique troubling.

It seems very odd for a provider to question your review of another provider. Since I don't know what was said it would be hard to comment on the critique. However, I can understand your great time with a k-girl as it seems to be the norm with them. I probably wouldn't appreciate a provider harassing me about my review of others.

If you read the criteria for the numerical scores it says nothing about "establishing a connection." It's all about what acts are performed (or even offered) and what the general level of hottness is.  Besides, most reviewers don't even read the criteria before they assign the score.  It's all about how they felt about the session.  I think you just ran into some serious jealousy.
Also, you've only given out two 10s in your reviews so you're keeping to the "once in a lifetime" criterion better than most.

a 10 for a K-girl, I have had plenty of 9's in both appearance and performance. The 10 must equal or exceed my best session and one provider still has a lock on that.

Not sure why you care about what another provider thinks. With respect to 10s in general, I take them more seriously if the reviewer doesn't give them out like candy. I've seen reviewers who give out 10/10s, 9/10s for most of the providers they see. Yes, there is great subjectivity involved, but when so many perfect scores are given out, that leads one to question the reviewer's tastes and standards. I think this is due, in part, to relatively inexperienced hobbyists. If they've only seen a handful of providers, then they're judging their experiences against this small sample. How do you know if you've experienced the "once in a lifetime" experience or seen the hottest looking girl if you've only seen 5 other providers?
Getting back to the non-Asian provider critique, perhaps she was trying to understand what it takes to get a 10 or perhaps it was jealousy. In any event, you didn't need to explain it to her.

We score "service" based on how we felt about the service, but it seems that TER wants us to use a grading system that is based on "menu".  
If a provider provides everything that I want and does a steller spectacular once in a lifetime job of it, I should be able to give her a 10 regardless whether or not she offers Anal, which I do not want in the first place. TER should let us subtract for missing menu options based on what we want, not tell us our experience wasn't perfect because we didn't do something that neither of us wanted to do.

I have seen one of K-girls that warrant a 10 for performance and other that are 5's. Most are about an 8, which is great. English doesn't matter to me. However, you can communicate without English. I have give several 10 performances from all over the ethnic spectrum. I don't review the K-girls as many K-Reviews seem to put the lady down. (I flipped her this way syndrome). I should review Lohan because she is one of the best providers period. IMHO better than LK.  I must say some of the worst providers I have had are K-Girls,too. Sorry fellas, it goes both ways. K-girls are no less and no more than other providers. I have had a pretty solid cross-sampling and have been busier than my reviews suggest. Nothin but the truth.

How did she know you had posted a 10 on another girl? reality is that almost no one is a ten unless its your life long partner and you are so in love with her and she is the hottest women you have ever met and even that wears off. Come on a ten is hard because it is perfection, I have given many 9's well deserved but a ten come on it is perfection and usually only one person will be able to give you that and most of us will never get it, that is Nirvana not really achievable on this planet.

Being paying for it for over 20 years.  She's in the top 5 of my experiences on four continents.  She's probably my best experience EVER in this country.  That's why she got a 10.

I totally agree with you, OP.  My late wife was an absolute 10/10 for me, even after 2 kids, because of the mental & emotional connection.  I get very, very close to that with my ATF.  
For me, that connection HAS to be there for me to give a 10.
