From what I've read, the major SoCal bust appears to be related to Chinese Agencies.

Do they sound Korean? Lol

It's not korgs. And only two people (ie people who ran the network) arrested, even if it were, girls would be back working within few weeks.

 
I'm sure most of the girls who were working in that network will be back doing what they do quite soon tho. That's just how stuff works.

Don't know the area, but it must be a very sleepy county to spend a year's resources for only two (2) arrests.  "MASSIVE"  is an overstatement.  I'm also guessing that the number of "saved" women will be more clear after they agree to testify.  Call me a cynic, but meh.  BTW. they're Chinese.  

It's more of shutting the network down.  And with the amount of cash seized going right back into the general fund, it's financially viable to continue.
