Most K-girls who come to our shores have previously worked in Korea. There they are usually trained by older girls who work with them. Those rare first timers here likewise are trained by their more experienced colleagues.

It doesn't matter if the girl works at AMP, karaoke rooms, K-girl apts, or is a diva. She most likely learned her business in Korea and was trained by her more experienced colleagues. In rare chance that she was not, in such cases as students who were brought in to the business by their friends while visiting the US, they are taught by their more experience colleagues here. So the answer remains the same.

Everybody has their own opinion as to what turns them on the most, but at least with the standard protocol you'll know what you're going to get. And, some gals will deliver better than others. As an old timer back in the dark ages of TER, there were times that only after you were in the gal's apartment there were a lot of "no's" that were suddenly presented - no BBBJ, only CBJ, no CIM etc., etc.. Whatever the case it is best not to generalize because they all have different circumstance , conditions & means getting here. The local or visa carriers may get trained locally on the job or already had previous experience whether they are working AMPs , AAMP or even the KAAMP .
You could not discount , some here and overseas may have been pressured to travel to pay off debts. I never go to AMPs because , unlike the KAAMPs , one is not certain of the employee's status & circumstances.

My point is that AMP is where many K-girls work in east coast cities and this is a national board.
Actually-I was talking about east coast and primarily the Atlanta and surrounding markets North of Atlanta toward Chattanooga, Tenn. and South of Atlanta around Macon, Georgia. On the South side of Atlanta (Jonesboro, Ga.) they had some really terrific AMP's that all were closed by what turned out to be a corrupt newly elected Sheriff and they have never been able to reopen ! That area was a Mecca !! Thanks for the input-I have also visited several gal's working out of apartments in Atlanta and I now understand the "K-Girl" reference from the explanation's provided!

What you and Harpman are saying is that 90% of TER profiles for K-girls are baloney because they invariably list the age as "21-25." K-boys rarely make an independent determination of K-girls' age or stats. They simply regurgitate into the profile what the K-girls put in their ads. There's a word for that - mangina.
You're not doing your K-bros any favor when they show up expecting a 23 year old and they get a 33 year old. Your loyalties should be to your fellow hobbyists by making the profiles as accurate as possible. Correct - don't protect!
I'm not so sure it's a problem if they look 23 even though they are older. I don't put age in my review other than what's on the profile unless they look obviously older because there is no way for you to know how old they are short of looking at their ID or passport. I'm pretty good at telling ages and even I can't tell how old they are for most K-girls.
Personally-I like the ones with some age on them better than the ones that are obviously very young. Certainly there can be exceptions either way-but the gal that has been around, knows the game, and still has a great attitude is priceless ! I also notice that in the General "Atlanta" Market-which includes Macon to North Georgia that the gal's are rotated to different locations pretty regularly. Sometimes the Mama San is there for a good while but the girls change out I am thinking about once per month? And from that I presume there to be a network controlled by the same top level management to pull this off. You never know when they are lying or telling the truth but if you ask sometimes they will say where they came from most recently and sometimes they actually don't seem to know where they came from most recently! Yep, IMHO, they are sometimes too young. I prefer gals like Ophelia, Ko, and Sasha--whom I suspect are close to or over 30.
