Too many girls nowadays doing bb nowadays.  I'm in norcal but seems like this is true in other areas too.
To each his own, but I personally would prefer to stick to girls that don't do bb.  A couple of years back, covered was the norm and easy to find girls that played safe.  Now, I go through dozens of reviews and almost all end up being pse.
I found a few like ceroni that stick to gfe, but almost everyone advertises pse.  Any other recommendations of non-pse girls/orgs?

That said, I highly recommend bringing your own covers. Find a couple of different ones that work for you. I think you’ll find that when you do that the whole dynamic changes for the better. But I can only speak to my experience, Everybody is different.

carry the ones that are extra-thin for better "feel".  The "Nijaya" chain usually has a decent selection, but the bigger the market, the selection is usually greater.  Pharmacies in "Little Tokyo" sections of major cities usually carry them, too.  If you want more discretion, then Okomoto and/or Sagami .001's are available at eBay and other condom vendors on the web if you don't need them on short notice.  

 
Just be aware that I ordered some online a few years ago at an attractive price, and they were drop-shipped from Japan, but still had the customs form attached that clearly stated, "contains condoms."  My adult daughter handed them to me when I got home from work and said, "These came for you.  You gotta girlfriend?"  A few days later, when our female mail carrier came to door for a signature, she asked me with a smirk if I got my package from Japan okay.  Lol     (I'm single, so no damage, but still embarrassing.)  After that, I went back to buying them at the Japanese markets even though they are a few dollars more that way.    

No gal who would offer BBFS would ever refuse a condom in my experience. Even if she assumes that you would want it bare, she has some condoms in different sizes ready just out of sight and she would probably prefer that. BBFS usually comes with a surcharge from what I understand. If you don't want to do even CFS with gals who also do BBFS, you should probably avoid Asian agencies or ask to booker for one who never does BBFS. There are some out there and you will have your unicorn if you find her.  

In my limited experience, BBFS only comes with a long-term and mostly UTR relationship, mostly with sharing test results first. For me, it has always been a step from GFE to GF.

By the way, PSE doesn't necessarily mean BBFS; I don' know what PSE means anymore but the options seem to be anal, huge fake tits, previous porn acting experience, or BBFS among others. We all know there is some risk in this hobby, but each person has his own threshold of what he is willing to risk.  I know my limits (cfs) and wish to find girls who have similar limits.  I know they might be on Prep but we're not.
I hope you're right about pse not always meaning bbfs, but lately it seems like it does.
