K-girls

What exactly are you asking?

Can you catch an std from a bbfs provider even without bbfs itself? The answer is always yes. Daty and bbbj are activities where stds can be passed on. It doesn't even have to be a bbfs provider, although your risks increase with those who do bbfs (naturally)

Obviously theres a bigger chance to catch something if you do bbfs.

I read the pervious post on this but want to ask a few follow up questions. I have two K girl operations in my area. These are not amps but girls in apartments.  I mainly use ( p-411 private providers ) but prices and availability continue to make that very expensive and hard to book. K Girl service (A) has been around for a few years and I have used them from time to time. I guess BBFS service  might be available but it is never advertised.
Service (B) started a year or so ago and they openly advertise BBFS and recommend bringing extra cash to pay for it.  I don't do BBFS under any condition and I wondered  what others thoughts are on catching a std  from either service for a bbbj cim session. This might be a stupid question but I look forward to others thoughts ?

You don't know what the provider does in her private life.

There are risks appurtenant to this hobby. It's not for the risk averse. Is there a chance you contract an std from a provider, whether he/she does bare or not? Absolutely. But the odds are very, very, very low if you choose to use protection for yourself (and very, very low even if you choose to go bare). If risks are that much of a concern, have you considered that you're far more likely to die or be seriously injured in an auto collision driving to the appointment than you are to contract an std when using protection.

I guess I'm from a different generation. I started having sex in the early 70s, and back then sex was freely available. My college dorm was like a rabbit's hutch, people fukking everywhere and often. Very few folks used 'rubbers', and spermicides and anti-bacterial lubes weren't even a glimmer in some scientist's mind yet. So in today's world stds just aren't a serious concern TO ME because God forbid I get a virus meds are readily available from docs and clinics without scorn (luckily I've never needed these services) and in a few weeks I'm back in action. And as to the risk of HIV, for a straight dude that's an infinitesimally low risk unless you're going bare with an open sore on your equipment, eating pussy with open sores in your mouth or on your lips, or having bare anal. Do the research - straight men are the second lowest risk for HIV behind committed lesbians.

Just a little food for thought. It's worked for me for 50+ years of having fun with ladies. Now stop worrying and go bangs some KGirl in your area today!

My experience has been that K-girls are quite attentive to good hygiene, otherwise why the blue toast and pre-requisite shower. So, I assume the ladies are taking prophylactic measures to lower their risk of an STI. What those measures are I have no idea. Is there an antiseptic douche?

http://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6195215/

Per table 1, the risk is 4 per 10k exposures, 95% CI of 1 to 14.

Small, yes, but 1 per 1k hardly seems infinitesimal, particularly if you do it again and again.

The bigger risk I see here is the $300k I’m in to flirt with those odds!

Recently I asked two girls, a k-girl and a j-girl how often they tested. They both said once a week! I was surprised, but the j-girl said she used a home test kit, which are freely available at pharmacies, this was news to me.

My doc once told me never to have sex with anyone not using protection with everyone, but I can't give up k-girls! I know a sample size of two is small, but it gives me confidence that at least some of the girls are taking their health seriously and test regularly. I still always go covered to decrease my risk of catching anything. I must be doing something right as I haven't had a problem in over 10 years in seeing k-girls.

She may have been testing for pregnancy, which is indeed freely (but not without coser) available at pharmacies.

If there are STD panel home tests available OTC, many of us would very much like to know details.

Thank you!  So there is at least one.

"My doc once told me never to have sex with anyone not using protection"

You do understand that is the Doc's lawyer talking.  I mean what else did you expect him to say?  If he said anything else and you caught an STD, what would happen?

All I know is there were 3 older ladies, AMP workers, in my general area that were all famous or infamous for going BBFS CIP with any guy with money and a heartbeat.  I mean for like 15 years.  Being conserative with the numbers, lets say 3 guys a day dumped into them.  They worked 6 days a week, for 10 months and only 10 years.  That is over 7,000 raw encounters.  For each one.  Then multiply by the 3 ladies.

One still works into her 70's, so her body count is way higher.  The other is retired and married.  The other one retired.  BTW, the one also allowed BB Greek with CIA.  They were all a bit too much or me but they never lacked customers.  I only go oral from the one.  I wouldn't do them with another guys Willy, at the time.

Again my estimates are rounded down.  So there is a disconnect between the published rates of infection and what is happening.  Of course the lawyers will tell the health car providers to round the estimates way up to cover the butts of the docs.  No Dr will ever get sued for over stating the risks, if we're being 100.  Also you have to pay attention to the math being done.  2 cases in 10,000 but if a certain risk factor is added does that go up to 3 in 10,000?  Could that be considered a 50% increase?  But is it really a 50% increase?  Legally it is but it it really?

The reality is these 3 women alone should of killed a few hundred guys if the infection rates stats are anywhere close to being real.  I am not suggesting STD's aren't real.  But IMHO, the IV Drug users and Lube-less gay sex of the early 80's helped spike the rates way up.

The risks of the 2 IDS.  It has always been KIDS that scared me more than the AIDS risk.  If I am keeping it 100.

Just the the Dr's I am suggesting and recommending that you always wrap Willie up.  Never take a chance.  Wear a bubble wrap suit at least 10 inches thick and a crash helmet when ever you walk down the street.  Don't use a ladder or ever run.

Dude, you could be convincing if you stop while still making sense.
But when you go off into wild exaggeration, the urge to believe you goes away.
.
Let's follow your own numbers:
Assuming all three providers were HIV positive for the entire 10 years (which you do not say),
21,000 encounters * (4 / 10,000) = 8.2 HIV infections.
Not "killed a few hundred guys".  Not even if we undo the rounding down.
And we do not know the results.  There might actually have been those 8 or 9 HIV infections among their clients, and hundreds of non-fatal bacterial STIs too.
.
The risks are not trivial.  The risks are not absolute.  The information is not complete.

My experience here in DC/NOVA is that it's pretty much ethnic.  Most all of the Japanese girls offer BBFS.  Most of the Chinese girls don't.  Same for Vietnamese and Taiwanese.  Koreans are a mixed bag:  some do and some don't.  However, you'll pay an additional $$ for it.
