Probably for a while. Are you concerned about BB availability or the upcharges themselves?

Just the uncharged across the board. With so many agencies in this area you’d think they would want to be most competitive.

the instruction to not negotiate with the girl over BBFS.  This suggests that the org is getting a cut from the BBFS upcharge as well, and that could account for the upcharge being $150 instead of $100.  The top agencies in SoCal leave the question of BBFS between the customer and the girl.  Some say the final decision on going bare is up to the girl when you meet and there is no guarantee when you book that she will say yes.  Obviously, these orgs recognize that a girl is not going to go bare with a guy who has drippy dick of some other issue, so they reserve the right not to offer it up until the last minute when the session is underway.  

Here in the Bay Area since rates have started to climb, I am getting messages from providers and po’s that the business has slowed for all the agencies. Some girls are becoming independent providers and others going out of state where they can find agencies who are more busy.

It really depends on the agency/girl dynamic. In your area at least up until recently orgs ran the show, not the girls. In LA, girls started running the show (insert something about inmates running the asylum, but on other hand it gives them more complete freedom - which of course many turn some to a road of greed)

 
Some people in LA area , you might have heard, even tried boycotting all the upcharge BB girls for a month.

 
While Im always in solidarity with any organized action of my bros, I thought that upcharge might be a solution to curb BB a bit, since if there's upcharge you dont feel like you don't get full value anymore (with all inclusive like in the bay)

 
What I really despise is msog upcharge. It's not a problem for me since I can and often do go 45 minutes without Nutting and straight action (and if I popped a sil and am at the tail end of my binge, I wish good luck to any girl trying to get a but out of me fast) , but for many guys they bust fast and want a second shot. Nickel and diming msog after a decade of all-inclusive menu in bay area is petty to me

Actually the presence of an upcharge is hardly new. That used to be the usual price structure here with the GFE/GFE+ distinction that was ubiquitous in the area. It is true that MSOG and BB were typically not subject to upcharges but the latter was never advertised and a general expectation that 2 shots in an hour was allowed if you can but don't expect more.

Used to be pretty good there as I understand but dried up a bit. LKATL seems to be active and some of the same ladies that tour the DMV seem to show up there. Kind of odd that it seems so empty there as it seems Atlanta is a bit of a destination spot for Koreans relocating to the States. At least it's a closer location.

 
The question about why the dearth seems so wide spread since the pandemic probably is a thread in its own right though.
