I feel like ter profiles not "aging" and keeping the initial age could be confusing to some noobs. Some providers can be in the game for decades and still have same age. Eventually people figure out you need to add the difference between current year and profile establishment year....but it's definitely not clear it works like that.

Yep, people need to know they have to do work work for themselves. It's an issue that has been raised on TER at least a dozen times -- generally with the suggestion that TER should put a profile "aging" trigger in place to bump the age range up to the next level every 5 years (or whatever the intervals are). Doesn't solve the problem that many people seem to struggle with guessing ages but at least minimizes it.
