The system is . . . . when it gets slow where they're at, they go somewhere else.  Lol

The girls are responsible for creating their own schedules.  They use down time to plan where they are going to be a month or two out.  Sometimes, bookers that have an opening coming up that is not yet filled will call them and see if they want to do two or three weeks on short notice  However, some orgs have affiliates in more than one city, and so they will book the girl into one city and then straight to the other one, giving her work for a couple of months.  That's why there are a lot of Kgirls who go back and forth between SoCal and the Bay Area.  There is an major org that has locations in both areas.  Same with OC and San Diego.  At the end of the day, the girls are independent when it comes to their schedule and work where they want to, but once they commit to a be somewhere, they are expected to fulfill the length of the contract.
