If le does bust the girl they call it " A major trafficking bust in whichever city? They le and media will say that
to get the peoples attention.

But, when it comes down to actual charges they will charge the kgirl for trafficking.

It doesn't have to be kgirl it can be any other ethnicity the le and media will say it's a traff bust

I don't think there is much risk for the K-girl or customers in general in terms of trafficking charges. The agencies probably have a lot more concerns in that area. But a lot will depend on  money flow and some of the other logistics involved.

But as Silk mentions, any agency bust is goint to be reported as a big trafficking bust.

It gets into the question of, did the girls get into this business willingly?  I don't know the answer TBH.  Are they coerced?  Probably, hey you can make a lot of money.  But are they kidnapped and forced?  I would think we would know.  We all know the TJ girls are.  We know a lot of C girls are.  But South Korea is a lot more advanced.

Kgirls aren't forced, alot of them have bad money management back home and racked up a bunch of debt, they choose to come here to work to pay off that debt and make more money for themselves. I've spoken to a regular of mine and she literally has a bad spending habit, she took a "vacation" somewhere, worked during the week days and spent all the money during the weekend then back to work during the week lol, kept repeating for a couple months then came back to where she originally worked to stay, she called it a "working vacation".

Kgirls have the best living condition and cleaner apts than what C girls are in. Cgirls aren't forced either, they're doing the same shit as kgirls or they're here just to work for money then go back home, they just have worse conditions when they're here. I had a few c girl regulars that told me all this shit. C girls don't intend to stay in the states that long, they come, work for a month or 2 then go back home. Rinse n repeat.

All of them were coerced. Probably had someone in their ears, convincing them that it makes a lot of money, which it does. I doubt they'd get into this lifestyle without someone in their ear. Japanese girls are the only ones that chooses it on their own.

I'm not buying into that being coercion as if so then we're all coerced into the jobs we took over the one's we passed up. Similarly, if we make bad choices about our finances and have to keep working longer than we would like, that also is not coercion.

If someone is pointing out a way one can make more money than possible with their other option that also is not coercion.

If someone is telling someone about how great some job will be and then they find they are going to be a prostitute but didn't expect that and they are forced to stay and do that work THAT is coercion.

The Japanese providers are no less or more "coerced" than the K-girls. I cannot say much about the C-girls as I have only seen a couple and didn't like the whole setting so don't look to the C-agencies much at all.

end of the day, nobody is forcing these girls to work. every now and then, it's always guys asking the same questions, wondering if these girls are being trafficked and forced into prostitution when they're not. kgirls imo are more free and have a better living space than cgirls and jgirls but some jgirls work at korgs as well so it's really 50/50 for them. kgirls usually have a 2 year "work visa" and when the 2 year is up, they either go home to korea or find a way to extend their visa or just evade immigration to stay long term.

im pretty sure they know what they're signing up for before they even leave their home country, most of them were probably already working that type of job over there but it's too much competition since it's too many younger WG's at home so they come to the states to work instead, that's probably why we get so many early 30s and up kgirls. it's rare to see a young kgirl, there's a few around but not many.
