yeah Kgirls have been doing / offering BBFS for years .. many agencies even list that service for $50 more on their sites. no secret .......... one has to also realize many of the more $$$$$ ladies do as well but of course never admit to it.

that NEVER do this. The good news is that they are the top-tier girls that have been around for years and have a well-established clientele who don't want anything to do with this trend, either. BBFS is rampant in SoCal among new girls and girls with substandard service or average looks. The best girls simply don't do it. If customers show up looking for BBFS, they give back the donation and show them the door. It's not a coincidence that these girls who don't do BBFS are BBBJ queens. When BBFS was UTR, I indulged with a few girls, but since it is now rampant and openly advertised, I haven't done it since 2018. The reviews are ALL STILL THERE unless the girl requested that they be taken down, and that is a rarity among Kgirls. I have found that Kgirls are more aware than most indies that it's reviews that drive the customers to see them. Hiding out is a recipe for failure as a provider. I have reviews that are still up for girls that went back to Korea 8 or 9 years ago. However, almost all top-tier girls still book through agencies that do the screening for them, for which they pay a fee out of the donation they charge. You will find their photo galleries on the various agency websites. When you see a girl who books through multiple agencies, it doesn't mean she is in two places at once, it means she has her own incall, sometimes solo and sometimes with another girl who sublets the other bed/bath from her in the same apartment. Only top-tier girls with many regulars who are in demand set up their own incalls. With Kgirls, regulars tend to more often be weekly or bi-weekly than monthly, which is facilitated by the reasonable prices they charge.

Not only were the girls offering it YMMV, but any discussion of it was never public, only by PM through monger Kgirl networks. On AF, we had a private chat room by invitation only where info was posted about this topic. Was sorry to lose that feature when they went out of business.
All of this changed starting about 2017-18 when Kgirl orgs started advertising which girls offered BBFS. It first appeared in the BA agencies and a few months later, in LA. When Cityvibe closed in early 2018, and TER went dark a month later in the US, the individual agencies went crazy advertising BBFS. It's been a downhill slide in many respects since then. On one hand, it's good to know who is offering this if you are wanting to avoid them, and it's good to know if this is the kind of girl you are looking to see, but the net result is the business is populated by new girls with average looks and skills who know their customers are only coming for bare service, so they have gotten very lazy while charging extra for the privilege of going bare. That's why there is such a big turnover on BBFS girls. The top tier GFE girls are still using covers, and giving a true GFE, many of which have become oral queens.
With the influx of KGirls reviews flooding certain regions stating BB service were allowed, it became necessary for TER to allow the discussion and reviews to be posted with this service being mentioned.More ladies and agencies expanded on this addition to their menu. The ads became more open, reviews then flood the zone so TER had to adjust their thinking.

GFE typically doesn't mean BBFS in the US even for Asian providers. PSE used to be the code word (which was also used for anal sex). But now BBFS is openly listed PSE seem to have been dropped. You may also "Options" listed which can include BB but also things like video.
For kgirls, 100% they post BBFS and don't really use the PSE term any longer.
Outside of kgirls, you will rarely see BBFS used. You will, however, see PSE used. And, it means different things for different providers. For some, it does mean BBFS. For some it doesn't, but it means anal. For some it doesn't mean either of these, but it may include CIM, COF, FIC, and/or BBBJ, which may indicate these are not included in that providers GFE. I have seen some that use PSE to indicate their is kink involved. Occasionally, a provider might spell it out on their site or in their ad. But often they do not. If they have reviews, you usually can get the juice there. If not, either you gamble or ask and understand you may get blocked for asking.
The one clue that you sometimes will see with PSE is that they state that if you want PSE you need to provide a recent test. This is a giveaway that it means they offer BBFS with their PSE package.

You make a valid point that there could still be disease transmission, but when I go down for DATY, I make a quick visual inspection, followed by a smell test and finally, a taste test. If anything is off, even a little, it's easy to pass on the DATY without disrupting the flow of the session. I will just switch to FIV rather than use my mouth and tongue. It's not 100% reliable, but most diseases of the coochie have a smell or taste that is off from what is normal, assuming you have selected a provider who bathes before each customer.
With men, the provider can usually detect any suspicious appearances with a visual inspection of Mr. Johnson. A discharge, red spots or sores are an automatic pass and she will move to CBJ. In the 1970s, we had free reign to fuck as much as we wanted to. We only had to worry about the mostly treatable STDs (Herpes excepted, which was the worst thing you could get). then came AIDS in the 80's and everything came to a screeching halt.
