Given the rules have been published and the review approval process is manual (to my knowledge) I don't think there's any "beta goes live" here -- it's not like a software update. I took a look at some of the new reviews with performance ratings of 10 and most of the ones I see are either two providers or couples with a provider or clearly mention anal.

That's not the case any longer -- service has to be provided in the session where the 10 rating was given. At least I think that's the case now and not just the policy to be implements now the rules have been updated.

have to only be theoretically available to earn a point, the reviewer has to have actually experienced it during the session.
