Given the rules have been published and the review approval process is manual (to my knowledge) I don't think there's any "beta goes live" here -- it's not like a software update. I took a look at some of the new reviews with performance ratings of 10 and most of the ones I see are either two providers or couples with a provider or clearly mention anal.
I think the policy is effective now and not waiting for anything.
10 status can be achieved without Greek, I also always believed that was prerequisite.

Looking at some of the new reviews the other day where a 10 in performance was given most appears to be doubles and reading some of the single provider reviews they were either couples or anal was performed. I think the approvers are now using the rules but have never actually seen anything from TER clearly stating they are or when they did (or will)
