But there are a few around.  Don't know of any in Santa Clara offhand, but generally speaking from my own experience, they tend to be the American-born K-girls and Viet-girls that are truly independent and handle their own booking.  The big exception is Las Vegas, where many of the FOTB K-girl agencies will provide outcall to your hotel room at a higher rate.  Just be aware that it may be a male driver knocking on your door first to make sure it is not an LE sting.

NYC Metro area has many "outcall only" Asian places.  Many may be K-girls but other nationalities are there, for sure.  Unfortunately, NY Asian outcall is notorious for being bait and switch and worse. I've never sampled the services but the reviews sing the same tune: "She arrived over an hour late. She wasn't the girl in the picture. I wanted to send her away but I figured what the hell. That was a mistake. ... I should have sent her away."  

BadDog used to heroically call out the agencies posting their A outcall services until they finally stopped posting their ads and fake pics.  Haven't seen BadDog around in quite a while.  

West coasters: If you visit NY, watch out for the A outcall places.  Go with the incall places instead. (If you are well known to your favorite KMP incall, some of the girls might do outcall to your place in Manhattan. I've never done, but some reviews claim that it's happened.)

NY A Indies are like other non-A indies: incall or outcall, according to her and your preferences.

I saw ad in the last month or two that said outcall. I was surprised.  Sorry, I don't recall who the ad was for.

even say 4-5 years ago, outcall wasn't the norm for k-girls.  But, there were more k-girls (like a handful) who did outcall for $ more. However, if I recall,  to get outcall you had to do an incall firs.
