LA kgirls only accept kgirls you have seen.

non kgirl indys and mp kgirls are useless.

no easy way.  you need to keep contacting different kgirls on the competitor site that TER dumped awhile back until one accepts you and then see a second third etc until you have at least a two booker reference.

You are absolutely correct . The major bookers do have alternative screening method beside the standard one.
