So can anyone share any information on a couple of Kgals that seemingly have disappeared: Allie and Dana?
I know Allie has taken extended breaks before and the last I knew shew was up in Bellevue WA. Regarding Dana, I have to admit that I’m not that familiar with her travels, etc.

Anyway, the LA scene is a lesser place without them.

This year of kgirls going MIA.  Min and Sia disappeared earlier this year and confirmed that Jazmine will be leaving LA this month.   Never met the two kgirls you mentioned above but sounds like they are part of the trend of losing quality providers in the LA area.

...inconsistent client base, bad economy and also raising prices whereas Nor Cal is cheaper with better inventories.

In LA no one is really busy except Ina, Thai Bella and Ms. Ka.

So we have Hana, Bella Thai, Ina, NG and Harper booked days in advance! That is less than 10 girls who are doing 70% of all the dicks in So Cal.

You make an interesting point but with a bit of hyperbole I think. So I throw out the question as to why we don’t see more competitive pricing by the less popular gals? Are the “agency” gals free to discount their rates or are they locked into a fee structure set up by their agency, bookers, or some other entity. We all know that everyone wants their share of the pie, but who determines that and how much? I know a number of variables can come into play with the more established gals, but I’m mainly referencing the “new on the scene” gals.

I know for a fact that some agencies have a set fee structure. If the girl agrees, good. If not, she goes elsewhere.
 
But that's mostly at the low end of the business. The C-orgs. In the mid-range, where this thread seems focused, I've been told, but can't verify, that there is room for initial negotiation, but it's constricted by lower and upper bounds. Adjustments are made based on popularity. And where BBFS used to be a set fee for those who offered it -- no time of service negotiation -- some of the agencies around here have completely chucked that and will tell you specifically that it's strictly a negotiation between you and the provider now.
 
Why these agencies have been able to inch their prices upward $20 here and $20 there is, as far as I can figure, either because of a non-negotiated collusion, like our auto industry for the longest time, or pricing power at the Asian source, which is the tip of the pyramid and controls the flow.
 
I have only met one girl who came to the States with other dreams, but answered an ad while here that led, ultimately, to providing the service we're all grateful for. LOL. In her case, she worked for a house cleaning business for years, and now holds the record of giving me the best, by far, BBJ ever. I only got to see her twice before she left. Stayed in touch for a month when she thought she'd be returning. Alas...🙁😭😭😭😭😭

Level of GPS is the reason why many girls don't go with more competitive/true market rates.  They don't want to acknowledge that they don't have the goods of popular girls and overvalue their worth.   A mediocre Kgirl in LA will have hard time getting enough business at $320/hour without BBFS.   Once $300 threshold was broken, guys became more selective in choosing who they want to see.  

in SoCal that seem open to "negotiation" on prices, but I can't speak to orgs in other markets.  A large agency in OC regularly has Kgirls at $300 and $320 for GFE, but will occasionally get touring girls at $280. This shows that the agencies are NOT setting the prices, but the girls are.  Then there are other agencies that require the girls to work for a set rate agency-wide, with the only difference being the higher price for BBFS and/or MSOG.  The only "discounting" I have heard about lately is some new girls who do NOT add an upcharge for BBFS.  In other words, they offer BBFS at the GFE price, like the Palace girls did several years ago when bare service first came out of the closet.  A lower price helps a new girl get some traction if she includes bare service in the GFE price set by the agency.  She can always add the upcharge later after she is getting plenty of action and generating good reviews.  

I can't speak to those prices, they are LOW for EC. EC is now $280 (rarely!) to 420. What I have noticed, as I mentioned, is the girls have been set loose to set there own BBFS prices.  
 
Much to my chagrin, I gave a girl a $100 tip for BBFS, hoping to cut off a negotiation that starts at the usual 150-200. As it turns out, from reading her reviews, she's giving it away for free! Now wonder she practically kissed my feet when I gave her a tip afterward. D'oh. Your mention of that as a practice is a first to me, so it's good to know that she isn't just so new that she didn't know she could charge for it.
