I have a problem with Korean Palace - they not responding to me when I sent text and I filled up their booking form with my RS2K info. RS2K told me to send my legal name etc. But maybe Korean Palace required something more info? Any idea how to get into this agency?

TER handle or are you trying some other way to get screened?

1.  Fill out online form. Give your RS2K or verification
2. then... CALL - if no answer leave message if you can stating who you are and that you just filled out online form with verification info. If answer tell Mike the above.
3. e-mail stating you have just tried 1 & 2 above... Give info...
4.  Call back in a day or two, be READY to see one of his girls.  If he got the message from 1-3 above and is ok with your verification he WILL answer and book you
5.  Have FUN!
6.  If you dont see his girls often enough (about 6 months) you may have to do the above all over again.  This can be fast tracked if you provide info to him that would ONLY BE KNOWN by a previous client.  The address of the location and last gal you saw there.  Something unique about the building layout only a client would know etc.

But many agencies won't answer telephone calls, they want texting with your request and info.  Booker can juggling four, eight,  or twelve girls, and a visual text message stays where he/she can see it and refer back to when there is sufficient time to do the verification.  A voicemail, if the booker doesn't have time to address it immediately, will usually get lost I the shuffle.  

 
One other thing to add, is that agency bookers are very sensitive about review scores.  If you're giving a lot of scores below an 8 then you should not use your TER ID when booking, but rather some other type of verification (refs, work info, etc.). When I got approved there, I had a touring girl that I knew from LA vouch for me.  You text the girl that you want to see her, but not approved at that location.  She will give her booker your phone number so that he recognizes it when you text your request.  Once you see her, your info is on file for the future for anyone else you want to see at that agency.  Speaking of scores, the OP has two reviews, and gave a 6 and a 1 for performance.  That's an automatic pass for just about every booker I know, so he should not use his TER handle to book with Kgirl agencies, or he's going to get crickets.
