But if what you're doing has been working and you are having good sessions with the girls and welcomed back by the agency I doubt you're doing anything wrong. It's really not that complicated, just show some respect for them as human beings, pay a little attention to what each might seem reluctant or hesitant doing and don't be abusive.  

 
Often one of the biggest no-nos with K-girls is falling in love with them and becoming a bother to them (or worse a stalker). Just don't do it. If for some reason they have an interest in you , they will let you know.
