I am new on site and How do I get reference? Any one can help?

Following the advice to try searching and also telling people where you are.

Go pay bucks to p411 for vetting.  Then hire some newbie friendly gals to get your first okays.  I think that is the quickest route. If you can't afford ter and p411 you probably aren't going to be doing much in this playground anyhow.

Worked for me.  We have a touring agency here.  They use p411.   I had three okays at the time and they accepted me right off.

Makes three. Still not mainstream among Kgirl agencies. Maybe the wave of the future until P411 gets busted and they get the customer list.

We're not mainstream here. K-girl backwaters. The main K touring company isn't active every week. They can't count on the same volume of business as west coast cities. So they resort to different means out of necessity.

and to my knowledge you only post under your alias, so we can't look on your reviews and see where you hobby.  Do you want to tell us which "backwater" so we have a frame of reference on your posts in the future?  Might make your POV here more relevant and understandable.  Just a suggestion.
