The average is a 60/40 split in favor of the girl (at $250, that's $150 for the girl), but it can vary a little from city to city based on the local economy and rental rates for incalls. The 40% is divided between the booker/PO and the org/agency that provides the incall setup, and also varies from city to city. I haven't heard of anyplace where the girl gets LESS than $150 for the hour (except for some Thai and Chinese girls). In places that charge $260 like OC and SD, the extra $10 usually goes to the girl. That's how they continue to attract some top touring girls. Some cities are known for having a higher percentage of customers who tip, so touring girls in particular will also use tipping as a criteria when selecting a city for work.

relatively new to LA, but a few orgs trying it charge a different rate which includes the driver's time. When I was in Hong Kong, the girl came by taxi and it was about US$28 transportation charge round-trip, a bargain compared to most outcall rates.
They pay for the apartment, utilities, furnish it, keep towels, water bottles (it wouldn't be a Kgirl location without the tiny water bottles, right?) supplied, AND . . . . . they make a nice profit for their trouble.
Your next question is why do they need an org/agency? It wouldn't be practical for 90-day visa girls to get their own apartment set up because of the short duration. For girls that overstay, its VERY difficult to get an apartment lease on usual American terms (first and last month) when they are here illegally at that point. The apartment managers will require either a huge deposit (6 mo. rent) or a co-signer. There are professional co-signers in most immigrant communities, and they typically want $500-$1000/mo. to guarantee the lease depending on the monthly lease rate. Nevertheless, many girls go ahead and get their own incall set-up and have another girl work the other room on normal agency terms. The other girl ends up paying all of the overhead for the month from the revenue she generates, so the girl that owns the incall puts all of the money that SHE would have paid an agency for a location right in her pocket. That is, after she has recouped the set up costs for furnishing the place, usually $8-12,000 depending on the look they want. So for Kgirl owners, they keep the entire revenue stream on their own appointments except the booker fee, usually $20-30 dollars per hour booked depending on the city. A former LA girl just opened her own two-girl operation in Philly and I suspect with her reputation for top-tier service, she will do well. (BTW, another girl that has given up on LA because of the STD board and the scumbags that populate it.)

In fact, they LIKE telling you because once you know how little they are getting out of the pot, you are more likely to tip (out of guilt, if nothing else) if the service was good. So I am a supporter of hobbyists knowing so they will treat the girls well.
