Picked up on some talk about some clients passing bogus money to the girls.
Punk move, IMO, and can just cause trouble by bringing heat down on all.
Also heard the girls have started using Counterfeit Currency Detector Pens.

 
Another thing talked about in the thread was that girls have had their stashed money ripped off by clients when they were out of the room.
They would have to be pretty fast for that to happen, just MO.
Maybe the stash place was picked up on after a few sessions by one client and told to another to rip it off.
Or maybe the guy saw it by accident and took advantage of a girl being careless or trusting.
Maybe mostly happening in the OC area?
IIRC, it was on an OC forum, but that doesn't mean it is only in OC.

stage money from one of the movie studios.  It's being detected all over LA.

It's pretty apparent at a quick glance that it is fake, but if you don't bother to check at all, you could get taken, so give all bills the hairy eyeball.

Phrases like "For Motion Picture Use Only," "Motion Picture Use," or "Play Money" printed in place of official text such as "Federal Reserve Note" or "The United States of America".
