It appears my definition of 'no rules' may differ from your definition.

With that said, condom is not really a "rule" to me. Same with fiv, to lesser extent.  

 
I think what qualifies as rules to me is what an average girl allows but the particular girl does not.

What qualifies as rules to me=no kissing, no touching of beasts or nipples, no touching of hair/head, no fov,  no particular generic position (ie, there are girls who deny cg or doggie).

For kgirls in the bay I'd add cim just because its 99% the standard. I think only a couple girls refused cim.

Just my two cents on cemantics of "no rules". Obviously, everyone is welcome to have their own definition.

All depends on risk and reward, so to speak,imo.

 
Most established orgs have a certain way of doing things. Here in the bay some agencies have a near-mandatory bbfs/pse policy. And in the bay, no orgs have bbfs upcharge.

In LA and Vegas, there has been a pattern of bbfs upcharge that is openly advertised, with most or all of it going to the girl.

 
So, for example, the bay to LA dynamics changed. Some girls work here for all inclusive pse, notice they're popular, go to LA, experiment with upcharge, come back and become gfe only because they bet on themselves to stay popular even with gfe.

 
I suspect a similar dissonance happens for the east coast. If a certain agency has a rep of no bbfs, they're not going to change that for just one girl. Or, the girl might decide that reward of risk is not worth it - she might be getting less money for bbfs there than somewhere like LA. Or let's say since there's less choice in NOVA than LA, she can stay gfe and still have good volume. Again, this is just me mostly speculating

I believe there is a place in the hobby for a no rules session, but maybe that place is not all the time.  

From what I have heard, bbfs is fairly common. Many of the girls will offer this. That doesn’t mean you will get it every time, though. That will depend on the k girl.  

But that has become more common. I expect gfe to be available. That is common with k girls. This includes many common services that k girls offer and makes the session to feel more organic or natural. This has become standard for them.  

But if you are looking for no rules formatting, normally this is limited to certain girls and maybe an org is known to host girls like that. I have participated in many sessions like that. It has somewhat become the norm for me. But, that doesn’t mean it is always available.

If home girl, like HaRa, only rule is condom on for fucking, that exception will be gladly made.  But kgirls like HaRa are the exception and not the norm.

As stated previously I have participated in sessions utilizing something that can be described as a ‘no rules’ format, and have found it to have a more free feel which I have found made for a better session for both me, and the provider. I believe that the no rules format (within proper bounds), has become the norm in many respects. Some of my favorite providers over the years have offered this level of service. While structure can be good for some people in some instances, I believe that with K girls, the girls stand to gain more by offering a wider range of services which many clients have become accustomed to. With the screening and vetting process in place, only trusted clients are able to make it in, and in most cases, these clients are veterans of the hobby who understand the client provider relationship and dynamic. Like many participants in the hobby, I benefit from and enjoy gfe level and pse level service. With my view on K girls and service, this level of service is closely associated with what K girl sessions provide and represent. Some of these services are what I enjoy most about seeing K girls. I have seen things become a little more lax over the years, but have also seen some girls still holding out and providing a low level of service. I believe the girls stand to gain more (legitimately), by offering a better level of service with a wider menu which clients have become accustomed to. In fact, I have seen girls make this change and as a result have their frequency of bookings nearly triple or quadruple as a result of the change. I have seen orgs make this change and in the end they benefitted from it greatly.

"No rules . . .  within proper bounds" is completely contradictory?  

 
Its not as esoteric or as complicated as you make it out to be.   Top tier girls who are gorgeous AND skilled do not need to engage in services that have risky consequences healthwise.  They are still almost fully  booked every day.  As you move down market to second and third tier girls, in order for them to compete, they must open their menu to riskier activities.  Just read a few hundred reviews and you will see the girls offering an open menu often leave their customers dissatisfied.  Its because they are in a mindset that if they let the guy dump his load bareback, they don't have to do much else.  That's why the repeat rate with these girls is so low compared to top-tier GFE girls, where many of the latter have WEEKLY regulars that have been coming for years.  

 
I agree you will continue to see girls who can't compete with the top girls, probably on the homely or lazy side, "make changes in their menu" to allow more "activities" (read BBFS). So what?  If you are a bareback hound, you will always have  second and third tier girls who will give you what you want.  You're just taking yourself out of the top-tier market, which means more opportunities to get session times for others.
