What percentage of the Kgirls actually use real (or even some resemblance) photos?  I would say about 5% nowdays.  Who is current that does?

that use selfies when they are starting out, just until they can afford a professional photoshoot.   The only veteran girl I know that uses selfies in her CV ad is Joy, who is currently on vacation, but due to return in the next week or so.

A new girl that just started yesterday in LA is Kanna.  CV photos are all selfies for now, so truth in advertising there.  

The photographers that do the professional photos will almost always plump up the flat Asian butts and add at least a cup size to the boobs.   Faces have been blurred for many years, so that's nothing new.  I actually prefer the blurring to the anime face many photogs are using now.  

Two years ago a local girl got kind of brave and used her real face photos while working in California.  Then she took a one-week vacation to Cancun and when she re-entered the US, Immigration ran a facial recognition scan and turned up her hooker ad on CV.  They confiscated her passport while they investigated.  Fortunately, she was registered as visiting her sister, who is married to an American and has a green card, so they eventually dropped the investigation and gave her back her Korean passport.  If her US address had been a trick pad, she might have had some real trouble.  Nevertheless, she missed some work and laid low while they were investigating.   A lot of other girls and bookers heard about this and doubled down on their photoshopping to protect the girls' identities.

Yes, true Joy does use selfies.  

Since image search is  as common as photoshop.  I understands why PS is used to protect the girls faces but their bodies are not even close on most pics and therefore serve little to no purpose in evaluation and selection of  who you want to see IMHO.

Popular agencies and well known gals are more likely to use real pics. Whether the pics are accurate enough is another question. I don't expect pics to be very accurate so it's only purpose in evaluation is to give me the feeling of attraction. I love professional hi-res pics like Yura's the most. They really motivate me to see a gal sooner especially if booker is reliable.
 
I mainly rely on the face to feel who I may like. I am less drawn to her if I can't see the eyes or the shape of the face clearly enough. For example, Ha Mi has very attractive body but blurred face so I drag my feet before seeing her. Then there is Sua who I tried as soon as I can because her face is clearly shown. Of course I usually forget their pics (or sometimes who I was supposed to see that day) when I see them but that is another story. And then there was J.Lyeen who I was not very impressed with her face in the pic but she was really beautiful to me. Pics are not too important if she is good and we connect.
 
I am also very open minded and easy going so I just want to enjoy them no matter what their pics look like.
 
About 116 gals in LA with 64 gals having Photos Accurate in reviews, 3 more new gals I saw, and 8 new gals with ad that says their pics are at least 90% real. Can the percentage actually be higher, say 65% with real or some resemblance in photos? I can actually recognize them in their pics for about 70% of gals with Photos Accurate reviews that I saw.

Thanks BetterTomorrow for compiling the stats, I kinda of agree with the "65%" of them being actual or a good representation of the person, at least for k-providers.  CDL also has a good point.  

One thing though, the photos posted by Kanna in LA, at least at the moment, are likely not her own selfies. Just try doing an image search via google, and you'll see these photos pop up from Korean AND Japanese sites.  Personally I really don't mind them using photos from other people, what upsets me is the moment when you realize a big discrepancy between the pics and reality, but you still go for it because all the blood is already down at juniors.

By big discrepancy I think you mean uglier and or older (by Kgirl standard). It happened may be four times but I was still not upset. I just don't go back often to that agency if I don't like the girl as much as her pic. I am only upset when a PO make me wait too long but a girl would mellow me. I never get upset with a Kgirl. I may be sad because of my own performance or when she does not seem to like me.
 
One time I was frustrated with a new PO but stood my ground for half an hour and they finally let me see who I wanted to see. That was such an unusual experience that I thought I might get rip off. I went in anyway. I was satisfied to see a cute girl but she did not use her real pics. She promised me a special time in the shower when she realized I made her feel special. She delivered. I tried to leave after I got my hour but she insisted I stay and I ended up getting like two hours from her while wondering does she not have any customer after me?
 
Sometimes I see a new girl and wonder why nobody reviews her. I  saw yet another ATF today who is at least a 9/9, perhaps even a 10 in look to me and gave me a performance of a lifetime. She did not use her real pics. She is the craziest K-girl I have seen and I don't go for crazy. I think she cursed me or something when I made her shake. I understand she is already busy so I am wondering if people is trying to keep her within their inner circle. I will wait and see. Somebody definitely tries to hide her if I don't see review. If someone reviews her then I won't have too. Of the new gals I mentioned, I only knew Sua and Lori had reviews when I decided to see them.
 
I am in nobody's circle and follow nobody's footsteps so I feel for the guys who get disappointment because they don't have much intel. I wanted to review these girls to help, if only I am a great writer or performer and not so paranoid now. It also sounds annoying for me to keep saying I find new favorite again, like one monger who could not believe I kept reviewing girls with such great performance scores.
 
May be I have good instinct about the Kgirls. If you didn't mention Kanna, I would keep quiet but I wanted to respond to say Kanna's ad immediately triggered red flags to me just by seeing her pics. I can look at CV and have a feel for who I may like. Same thing with Lori who had bad review but I didn't believe it. The only thing that review got right may be her breasts. Her pics are still accurate to me. If you like Yuha then you may like Lori. She looks great to me. End of rant.

Your understanding of my "big discrepancy" is spot on.  I have yet encountered the opposite scenario.  On a plus note, not using real pics enhances the experience as you get an additional Surprise factor.  Regardless, unlike risky investments, you do get a bang for your buck.
