What's the strategy on this? Should I reach out to all bookers/girls I've ever dealt with and let them know? Would love to avoid re-establishing myself again. How have you guys dealt in the past? Should I just speak with the most recent one and hope that their internal referral/validation network will take care of the rest?

You text them the new number from the old number before you abandon the old number.

Yeah.. I figured that. I guess I'll just do that for all my faves and hope for the best with the rest.

they will still be ref's under the new number, so should not slow you down with new providers/bookers.  

When you give them the new number, I would ask them to send you a confirming text on the new number so you know you are in their system under the new number.  Once you have heard back from everyone, then turn off the old phone and you should be good.  If anything should go wrong, save the confirmation text from them so you can show it to them later if you need to.
