I look at webpages, text request to meet a person listed on website, then meet up BCDs.  No violation before during or after. Just another private affair.  

They are newbie Kgirl hobbyists standing around the entry waiting for the booker to text them the access code.  Waiting a little further aways might cost them 2 extra minutes of their hour to get to the apartment, so they feel it's worth the risk to themselves and everyone of us who comes after them.

Ugh. That would freak me out.

And lest we forget, January is "HT Month." Uncle Leo often does something big to get headlines in January. It usually has nothing to do with real HT, of course, but that's how they get the story on the front page and at the top of the TV newscast.
