There has been a lengthy discussion going on in the General board about whether a post-op TS should disclose before a session that she used to be a man.  (I think most of us would currently state that this material information, material in the sense that it would make a difference in our decision, and would want this disclosed.)

One time I read a review of one of my ATFs, who is now gone, implying that she used to be a man.  I thought that was BS and didn't think about it again, but the General board discussion made me recall that review.  Anyone here ever encounter a K-girl who he thought or knew was a post-op TS?  I don't think so but you never know without asking.

I am confident that the KMP K-girls I know are genetically XX. I also think that the other K-girls I know (indies) are XX.  

One of my first forays into TER was to inquire about an Asian provider whose "Profile is no longer available." (Her pictures were off the charts!) My post was yanked by TER for mentioning the name of a banned Provider.  I found out via PMs that she was born XY and was a TS who (falsely) advertised as XX and tried to keep her TER Profile from showing "Trans Post-Op". At the time, that was a violation of TER rules.  

There are currently other indy Asian providers who openly identify as TS (no deception). And there are the famously hard-to-detect counterfeit XX kathoeys in Thailand.  

I don't think that our regular, communal K-girls are likely to be TS. But beware of exceptional surgeons who can do amazing things with scalpels and plastics

out of curiosity, I did a little research on post op ts surgery, and how they turn the dick into a vagina.  
The way they suture that shit, and the scars it leaves, there's no mistaking a TS pussy for a real one.  
I think most of us would detect that right away if a girl were a TS.

limited appeal, and I don't think any of the Kgirl agencies would waste their time bringing over a post-op TS who may not stay that busy when there is an unlimited supply of great genetic Kgirls waiting to come over, many of whom will be booked solid almost every day.  For the org, its about return on the investment in the location and keeping us johns coming through the front door one after another 7 days a week.
