I am confident that the KMP K-girls I know are genetically XX. I also think that the other K-girls I know (indies) are XX.
One of my first forays into TER was to inquire about an Asian provider whose "Profile is no longer available." (Her pictures were off the charts!) My post was yanked by TER for mentioning the name of a banned Provider. I found out via PMs that she was born XY and was a TS who (falsely) advertised as XX and tried to keep her TER Profile from showing "Trans Post-Op". At the time, that was a violation of TER rules.
There are currently other indy Asian providers who openly identify as TS (no deception). And there are the famously hard-to-detect counterfeit XX kathoeys in Thailand.
I don't think that our regular, communal K-girls are likely to be TS. But beware of exceptional surgeons who can do amazing things with scalpels and plastics
out of curiosity, I did a little research on post op ts surgery, and how they turn the dick into a vagina. The way they suture that shit, and the scars it leaves, there's no mistaking a TS pussy for a real one. I think most of us would detect that right away if a girl were a TS.
