It differs from city to city, agency to agency, and ultimately KGirl to KGirl. Rarely does it include Greek. The safest assumption would be bbfs with the potential for cip. In my experience everything else on your list is very rare with KGirls.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but I have to say "GFE/PSE B" or "GFE/PSE BB" seems to make PSE an even more obscure term. But maybe that's where the options other than BB would come into the picture.
But yes, I do have to agree PSE has not completely dropped from the descriptions and realize that most of the time that I'm looking at those types of details it not in a US market any more.
