Its not hard to determine their age within a few years either way. Its hard in the beginning, but you soon learn how to tell. Two of my regulars now are 39 and 40, but both can pass easily for 30 by Western standards.  Most guys get it wrong by at least 5 years and often 10 years.  Remember that most are ex-salon girls and in Seoul, they "retire" them out when they're pushing 30.  That's when they come here.  Most of our Kgirls are 28-45 by the time they hit LA, even though the profile will put them at 21-25, and the CV ad says they are all 23.  Once they get past 45, many will gravitate to massage parlors, where many will still offer FS, but at a lower rate

You're right that someone will always be looking to game the system (most of the time it's the people writing the law but...) but in this case the only winner I can see would be the under age girl looking to make money. If I saw an ad for an Asian lady who has attractive pics, yet states her age as 38, most likely I would take a pass on her. Now if she claims to be 26 and I later find out she is 38 but I was already very happy with her looks it wouldn't matter a bit to me at that point.
