I live in a bad area for finding many providers, and the ones passing through are either extortionists and/or not into what they do, and don't offer what I need.

You may have to step up your roses if your not getting what you want. Great providers are not cheap. I visit Flagstaff & do not post because of the donation factor. I understand everyone has their limits, but if your woman at home is open why not include her? Many providers will see couples. You may even get a discount if your lady is super hot, like you said.
Save up for a overnight, so you really get your $'s worth. Phoenix has a few gals who will make the drive up if it is worth their time. Search the Phoenix board and you'll see what I'm talking about.
There are some fantastic providers in Phoenix who will come to you, but the economics dictate an extended date if they visit you. Do the math, 2 hr drive up to Flag and then 2 hrs back to Phx. There not going to see you for an hour.
