Ok I'm sure you guys have heard of weirder stuff or at least grosser/more dangerous stuff but I'm looking for a Los Angeles provider who is skinny but can push out her tummy and look almost pregnant.  I'm not into actually pregnancy in any way - it's more of a breathing thing.  

I think Paloma Valenti in Boston advertises as  pregnant and working

The OP clearly stated he's not into pregnancy and that he's into a distended belly due to breath play. Two very different things

pregnant could be a good backup plan tho ...

 A Belly Dancer, who is also a provider.  They have great control of their stomach muscles.
