Where is NY Provider Ginger O'Brien?

Does anyone know hat happened to Ginger? She used to have tons of positive reviews here on TER , which are all gone now. Also, her website at www.GingerOBrien.com now syas "On hiatus...". Why would all her old reviews disappear?
