The main problem with gangbangs is the insanely highly flake rate. I’ve talked to people who arranged these and said that they would schedule 10 guys and 100% of them would flake. And, of course, if only one person shows up for the gangbang, it’s not much of a gangbang.
The ol’ post nut clarity seems to hit especially hard with anything involving multiple men, male submission, anything that has extra shame or stigma attached. Anyway, I would totally do one as a provider if I could figure out a solution to the logistics problem.
It’s always easier to chicken out if there is no or too small of a financial commitment. Pick date, location, and enough time to market and get the men booked. Then, require a reasonable enough deposit for them to secure a spot. $300-$400 or they can take a hike. And, if they chicken out, they lose their deposit. Easier to say of course. Managing it would likely be a pain in the ass.
I do hope you think of a solution! I'd really like to be part of at least one, its a bit of a bucket list item for me and Im not even bi. Like the other reply said, maybe non refundable deposits and starting with a few regulars you can count on to show up would be a good base to start with. Time and place would be a tricky thing as it is sometimes with two people, let alone a group.
I've successfully organized a couple of small gangbangs, and the flake factor is indeed very high. A lot of guys will be interested, but once you talk logistics they lose interest because they realize they will have to be in a room naked with strangers. Then with the ones that remain interested, it can be hard to find a time that works for most. Definitely recommend deposit since that means each guy has skin in the game. Having the deposit is also good for the girl so if there is a cancel it isn't a total loss monetarily. Luckily, haven't had any cancellations yet.
