I noticed this ad too. Several months back, someone made the point that if the final link number > 1, you are dealing with an agency situation. I suspect this is true as independent and agency ads that I know of all follow this pattern. The picture on the left also looks like porn star Victoria Paris (or maybe I'm just losing my sight). I would be wary. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is!
