Are you talking about a provider with strobe lights and lava lamps who plays Quicksilver Messenger Service during the session, or is this a reference to the use of LSD or other illict drugs during the session?

If the former, I think your about three decades too late.  It the latter, I would recomend not getting involved with these as they do not mix well with the hobby from a safety standpoint.
