If it is any consolation, it is very often just as difficult for men to find them as well, unless they are familiar with certain areas where rub n tug joints are the norm. I can't tell you how many posts on MP sites are GUYS asking "how do I know if they will offer a HE?". It's a very common question...equivalent to the newbies here always asking about how to get references

It's because, unlike men, you don't have to pay for it.  

I'm not talking about women hobbyists like lopaw, but just getting a massage with a HE. I'll bet some of your clients would gladly do that for you.  I love doing it for providers who are open to it, and I've been told I'm pretty good at it.  I have a standing offer with my ATF to give her a massage (with or without HE) anytime she needs one, if I'm available. She really needed one the other day.  But instead of a HE at the end she said she needed a foot rub... but she has a foot fetish so maybe that was as good as a HE for her LOL. She seemed satisfied afterwards.

Yeah, if it was actually a thing, I'd service women orally, digitally, or any way they pleased without any expectation of reciprocation for free.  I'm sure I'm not alone in that...
