Most high end ladies won't do this but some have been known to do a massage offerings for a lower donation which could kind of fall under this. I suggest looking for ladies who offer a tier system like for just dinner, then massage option and then GFE option then then PSE option. You're more likely to find someone interested in that breakdown.

You could even "fish" by posting what you would be willing to offer for such a meeting as well and see who bites. Lots of ladies will probably PM you if you put the specifics in the post like location, budget, meeting duration etc etc

The same. That's the basic rate justification. I personally don't up sell. I either do things or I don't because I don't like negotiation and to me it's our time together that is important.
