It's obviously common to get up selling (BBBJ +50, Anal +100), but do any providers ever reduce donation requirements if a guy does all of the work?  Specifically, after a recent encounter,  I have been drawn to simply being on my knees or having my face sat on  licking ass and pussy as I jerk off.  That said, I have a hard time justifying a normal donation for what seems like a relatively easy 30 or 60 minutes for the provider.

Some do some don't.

Most high end ladies won't do this but some have been known to do a massage offerings for a lower donation which could kind of fall under this. I suggest looking for ladies who offer a tier system like for just dinner, then massage option and then GFE option then then PSE option. You're more likely to find someone interested in that breakdown.
