Seriously, you think he didn't know bout the local board?  He posts it there it's liable to get moved to the ISO board.  He posts it on both boards, one will likely not get approved.  This site has enough problems.  We don't need your "lame help" that wastes our time.  BTW, I live in the Carolinas and know a provider that would've been perfect for him.  But she's retired, so I'm not gonna waste anyone's time by mentioning her on a separate reply.  But that would've probably been more helpful than what you did!
