I am going down to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a couple of days. It is my first time and I have been reading as much as possible on this site so I am ready. I don't speak Spanish at all. So I guess Gysell's place is where I should go. I have 2 questions.

1) Do I just jump in a cab and say take me to Gysell's place? Is that a known place and the cabbie will take me there? How do I get there and do I need an appointment?

2) Some of the trim on the Spanish sites is unbelievable. I just have to try it out. In some of the reviews here it mentions if you don't speak Spanish you get ripped off and there is a woman you can use to set up your appointments. It says she is listed in the forums but I have searched and can't find her of any real info on her. Can somebody please fill me in?

I'm sorry I did not see this earlier.  A few years ago there was a place called Black or Blacks.  It was a bar in an upscale neighborhood (Recoleta) that was essentially a brothel where you picked the girls and went back to your place.  Some of the most beautiful women in the world - all 9's and 10's!

Anything other than blacks? Reviews claim this is a major tourist trap. Anyone else?
