I am very interested in finding a recommended young petite columbian provider....can be anywhere in the country, although I suspect Miami would be a good startin point?

While you can't search specifically for Columbian on TER, try South American then looking at the ads/reviews to see if she is Columbian.

How about try searching Discussion Boards for "Columbian", if you had done that on the "Other Cities" board you would have found the post below.
