But what does "T&D" and "mild CBT" mean, please??

Hello,

I will be in the NYC Jacob Javitz Center Area
on Wed and Thursday Aug 26 and 27th. I would like to spend some time with a FS provider that is comfortable with T&D and mild CBT. Ideally for 2-3 hour outing. Thanks.
