I'd forget the age requirement and try my best to see Eve. So what if she's a year or 2 over 35 ? That's my plan if I can get down there .... hopefully recoup for 24 hours and then drive to Orlando to see Paris. Wouldn't that be a helluva couple days ?

I agree 110%.  Forget your age restriction and spend time with Heather & Eve.  You won't be disappointed.  I spent time with both (separately & together with Pauline) and it's a good thing I'm not closer or I'd be broke.
