Quality Wise, I look at everything. Her site, Her photos. I like the amateur photos instead of Professional ones, more "real."

What turns me on the most:  I love a woman who shows passion, one I can really connect with. She learns to know how to push my buttons and I learn to know how to push hers as well. She will always dress well and always be at her best. I have been really lucky to have met some great ladies over the years and when I find one that I REALLY connect with, WOW!!  

What I look for: Of course I want there to be a physical attraction but, beyond that, I do my research and try to find a lady that has gotten good reviews and allows the “activities” that I enjoy.  I look for a woman who enjoys what she does and it shows.

I hate it when I ask a lady what she likes and she just says anything I do.  be honest, be open, and say exactly what is going to give you the most pleasure.  This is and should alwasy be a two way street.  Just my opinion.

A woman who when you are talking with her exudes a great personality is excited to talk to you and meet you.  Someone who truly enjoys what she is doing and lets it show.

and no I am not at the play ground.  But I do like them younger.  Slim tight but not shy.  I challenge myself to make it fun for all involed. It is never all about me.  I do not know if any of the more mature ladies would see me but some of them are so hot, just not the first choice.  But then I am not a first choice so deal maybe?

I look for a number of things. Looks, attitude, and menu are important to me.
As far as looks are concerned, pretty face and well kept body are important. I love tall ladies, especially if they are taller than me when they wear heels. Just does it for me and drives me crazy. It goes without saying that being clean and fresh is required. Also, I do not have a problem when a lady has a few blemishes and may not be 100% perfect like a plastic barbie doll. Being real physically with blemishes or even a few stretch marks is cool and even attractive, because the lady is real and human like the rest of us.
I love it when a lady enjoys what she is doing. It comes across in our time together. She is having fun and makes sure I have fun to. I enjoy learning what a lady likes as much as she wants to know what I enjoy. Her attitude is critical. Even the most beautiful lady with a crappy attitude is ugly to me because of her attitude.
I love it when a lady is truly open minded and has a great menu and does and enjoys the activities I am looking for. A lady who can kiss properly with passion really does it for me.
I have had my share of great and crappy experiences, but the ones who blow my mind are the ones I am thinking about seeing again sometime in the future as soon as I walk out the door.

Each of us has particular physical attributes that trip our trigger.  So especially in the hobby that is a starter.  Being physically fit helps so much.  And things like shaved & tight (for me) are desirable.  

I agree that passion is vital.  With only the tiniest bit of suspension of reality, I want to know that she is very into me, she wants ME.  Great kissing is required.  I truly prefer that my lady is honest with me about what she enjoys and whether I am being effective in providing it – I'm willing to learn.  Just as in civvie life, I don't want her to fake.  

Sweet, perceptive, adaptable, patient, experienced, open are all traits I appreciate.  I'd like  her to love her job for the sex more than the money.
