Coming to town for a friend's birthday in a couple of weeks and wondering which areas are good for a group of 20-something women to hang-out. Not trying to break the bank also not trying to have zero fun the entire time. Recommendations for clubs/hookah bars/restaurants/hotels would be much appreciated!
