The providers smeared themselves by being deadbeat providers. They should be held accountable.
I would want to know if a provider I am considering booking is dishonest. Wouldn't you?

I do agree that it may lack decorum, but the agency is not breaking any laws as far as I can tell. Like the agency and providers really care about that aspect, lol.

BTW, I have never used the agency, nor have I seen any of the deadbeats.

To answer the OP, NO you are not alone in thinking this.
It's poor business practice and COMPLETELY lacking in any kind of class. Finding that page you refer to has already caused me to cancel an appointment (well in advance), write all their ladies off my list, and advise other people I know who have also now refused to see any of their ladies.

Everyone needs to understand the old adage of there being three sides to every story.
Accusing someone publicly of something is NO different than:
1. A hobbyist claiming an agency girl stole money out of their wallet.
2. Claiming the agency tried to blackmail them by threatening to expose their personal information.
3. An escort claiming she was robbed by an agency.
4. Nearly any scenario that involves accusing someone of something while providing no proof.

If the accusations are not true, or there is possibly another side of the story, posting pictures is absolutely wrong.
If the accusations are true, posting pictures is just wrong.

Here's a suggestion for the agency. Put up the real pictures of your owners and managers with a caption that reads:
This website page is dedicated to me and my poor business practices. I was dumb enough to put someone in a position where they could steal from me. I really think I'm smart, but apparently don't know much about business, so here's my face too.

Until they do that, they should STFU and hopefully listen to the sound of their phone not ringing.

Now here's a question for all the people who support this agencies practices to answer.
If you were accused of something, anything, would you agree that it's right to have someone put up a webpage with your picture on it? Nothing you can say about it, and no way you can respond to it.
You are challenged to answer that question directly.

If a client strolls into a session with their wallet or credit cards, their stupidity puts them in a position to get ripped off.
If there even was a rip off, both parties are accountable.

There is no way to defend the agencies action of posting pictures. It's petty and vindictive by any measure.

Degrading anyone is indecent.  All persons value decency due to the dignity of humanity.  Not long ago ladies on this board were degraded by the names used allowed to identify them. The degrading names were  given them because of the services they render. To call them by the names used was very degrading.

I was looking through a popular agency's site and I saw a page filled with pictures of ex-providers who the agency states ripped them off. Not only is posting these pictures wrong, IMO, but I believe it's probably illegal.

I would never use this agency knowing that this is what they stoop to.  It smacks of petty retribution, plain and simple and lacks business decorum of any kind.  Not only that, it only gives one side of the story and I am pretty sure there are always at least two.  It staggers me to see how such poor business practices permeate even the worlds oldest proffession.  Airing your dirty laundry only makes you look dirtier.

Who recently smeared unfairly one the most reputable ladies in the business.  BTW the characters in the film from which you derive your alias at least were not cowards but their main objective was to cause chaos.  Eventually they became more depraved than their enemies and came to bad ends.  

Do you ever have anything positive to say about anything?  Even when you attempt posting something positive, you seem compelled to follow up with some form of negativity.

Unless you know the person on the other end of the handle, every one of our handles are an alias...  For all we know, the OP may be brand new to the hobby, or he/she may be someone who has been around for a while.

I recall the thread your saying the OP smeared a reputable provider, and that was not the case...all that was asked was an opinion on a policy stated on a providers site, and what others thought about it.

As to the topic at hand, there are always 2 sides to every story...if a lady is a proven thief, then I see no problem with letting others know about it.....however, I have also heard agencies smearing a ladies name simply because she chose to work for another agency....in that case, its wrong.

I dont mind someone stirring the pot every once in a while....its always good to get diffferent opinions on a variety of topics....so IB, keep them coming.

Yes, if someone steals in that particular scenario, both parties accept some of the blame.
I clearly defended no one. One is a thief, the other stupid. They both deserve no pity.

How about you accept the challenge to answer the question posted below about whether or not you'd be ok with having your picture on the web for something you were accused of without proof?

The practice of posting pics, and the agency, are totally wrong.

My company does not deal with criminals engaging in illegal activity, and if I did, I damn sure would keep in mind who I'm dealing with.
I'm not stupid enough to give anyone the opportunity to steal from my company.
I'm not trying to get my picture removed from anywhere because it's not posted anywhere.
I'm sure I'm not the first person who's starting to wonder who you are though.

1.  It does not surprise me at all that one of your two reviews is of the lady who was the subject of my first question.  Heather actually acquitted herself very well, even without your help. I think the thread ended up being very positive.

2. Yes, I am using an alias.  I tried to call you and explain my point, but here were no "allinfun79"'s listed in the phone book.  Could this mean that we are all hiding behind an alias to some extent?  Yup!  It may actually surprise you to know who I am.  I have seen over 100 ladies and have been on this board going on 8 years.  Rest assured that I am infinitely more experienced in this hobby than you are. As a matter of fact, if the Mod and/or Admin want to flip my alias, they may do so, even though the reason I am using it is one of the listed legit reasons.

If you think I am a coward, then you really don't know me.  Those who do will tell you I am anything but.

I only wish that you don't tick off an agency that wil go to these lengths, because if they will post pics of ladies who they "claim" ripped them off, then maybe they will post your information as well.

So bottom line, as you can see from the responses to my post, my point is very legit.  I post plenty of positive things on this board.  So please take your White Knight vitriol elsewhere.  It is wasted on me.

I have no dog in this fight.  The agency posted an ad, I clicked on one of the smoking hot babes pics (they really doo have some beautiful girls), went to the Gallery section and saw the "ripoff" gallery.  I was shocked that this happened and threw it up on the board.  I have never used this agency or seen or know any of the girls mentioned, so neener, neener, neener.

You did exactly what you are accusing the agency of doing, the only difference being instead of pictures you used quotes taken out of context.  First you launch a personal attack on a lady who does not even know you, and then you say she acquitted herself well.  Why should anyone have to take time out of a busy day to acquit oneself because of the likes of you?
