Norman's at the Ritz Carlton have a famous foie gras on french toast, but they are not strictly a French restaurant.

I haven't had the pleasure of French cuisine yet in Orlando, but these would be my choices to start with!

A great place in Tampa is Mise En Place! I just love the atmosphere and the wines!
