For those that aren't aware, most web browsers now have a 'private browsing' setting that you can turn on and off at will. During that time, it won't record your web history, passwords, etc. Great for those who may share a computer with someone else who wouldn't like to see TER or something else in the history file.

In IE8, under 'safety' select 'InPrivateBrowsing'
in FireFox, under 'tools' select 'Begin Private Browsing'

I figure I've got all the nerd knowledge, it would be a waste to keep it to myself. I do some IT consulting on the side, and have recently done a lot of work for offices wanting to know what their employees are doing on-line.
