Fantastic news for all the true sushi lovers in Orlando-- Kappo restaurant (the now-shuttered, ultra exclusive, 6-seat omakase restaurant formerly located at the East End Market) is back!  Well... kind of lol.

From April 21-23, they'll be opening a pop-up restaurant at Redlight Redlight with three seatings an evening (5:30, 7:30, and 9:30).  For those of you who didn't get the chance to dine with them while they were still at the East End Market and those who, like me, have been craving their incredible eats since they closed-- Now's your chance!

Tickets are $120/pp and I'm sure they'll go fast.  If you're interested in an amazing, authentic Japanese omakase dining experience, you'd be crazy not to make reservations

Ava, why must you tempt me and my vegetarian ways with this knowledge bomb? But fantastic news either way.

It's so funny, because you were one of the first people I thought of before I remembered, "Damn, what would he eat anyway? Rice and nato?" Lo

And then I would just stare longingly the rest of the meal.
